Not all trauma victims develop posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and many who initially develop it recover over time, while others develop persistent PTSD. This quiz evaluates specific thought patterns that people sometimes have after having been traumatized. Please read each statement carefully and chose how much you agree or disagree with it, from "Totally disagree" to "Totally agree". There are no right or wrong answers to these statements.
