Directions: this quiz can be used to decide if you need to see a mental health professional for diagnosis and treatment of depression, or for tracking your depression on a regular basis. Changes of five or more points are significant. The quiz consists of eighteen statements about how you were feeling for the past 7 days. To answer it, please choose the button which corresponds to how much you relate to each statement. The left of the scale, labelled 'Not at all', means you never felt this way during the past week, while the right of the scale, labeled 'Very much', means you felt this way most of the time.
