    New here

Hi... I'm new here.. scared to try to talk but I think I might need to. I was abused by several family members. I'm not sure how to deal with all this anymore. I've repressed for so long but recently, with therapy, have started having severe flashbacks, body memories, etc. Everything is coming back to me piece by piece and it's extremely hard for me to handle on top of everything else I'm dealing with at the moment. I'm hoping this place will be able to help me.

How do I join the chat rooms? I've posted in here. I'm confused how this works.

    Kindness & hugs.
Hi woundedgirl...as a registered user you can post in the members only forum rather than in just this one...lots of interesting topics in the various folders there that you may wish to read and maybe respond to.

To access the chat rooms clip on the link in the header above. Sometimes the rooms are empty...if no one is there I suggest you post an invitation in the shout box asking if anyone wants to join you.
Rest in my arms precious child; cradled and warm. You are safe. The war is over.
