    Living with DID...

I feel scared doing this. I have never talked to anyone who has had the same experiences as me. I go to therapy every week and today was my first time that I have dissociated in front of my therapist. It scares me. I don't know what else to say on here, I don't know who is looking and reading it

    I live on hugs.

We work very hard to keep Fort a safe and friendly place for everyone. The guest room folder here is available for everyone to see and post in, and the other folders are only available to members, and so are a little more private. Welcome.

Welcome Hope to see you around. It is a great place with very nice, supportive people with similiar issues. It's nice to have people who understand what you are going through, at least in a general sense if not specifically.
