*Spoilers Required* The Lobby is our most popular chatroom! This room is for light conversation and generally positive topics. If you are new to Fort Refuge, it is the most recommended place to begin meeting others! Members may chat in-depth about any non-triggering topic, if conversation takes a turn however, please move into another room relating to the topic at hand. A welcoming and busy room!

Support Chat Room
Having a hard time? Meet other members here who also need to talk about what's on their mind. This Support chatroom is open to all abuse survivors including youth. Topics may centre on difficulties with past and present events, including difficulties with previous abuse issues. Members are encouraged to talk as well as listen to one another, and self-care may be needed. If topic begins to become more centralised (e.g. more adult, or involving SI) then a change of room is needed.

Adult's Only Chat Room
Adults only (18+). This room may contain graphic content from adult survivors and is therefore not suitable for minors (including alter youth). Detailed, and in-depth discussions of issues are also permitted but please take extra self-care as triggering topics are likely within this room. The Adult Room has a wide range of topic choice, but a lot of this may be traumatic and/or sexual in nature.

Self Injury Chat Room
The Self-Injury support chatroom is primarilly for those struggling with the ideas of self-harm. Support and patience are encouraged amongst members here for those with past or present troubles. By no circumstance is this room used for threatening SUI/SI or causing upset amongst other members. Please use self-care and follow the links for our crisis hotlines if you think your feelings may progress.

DID/MPD Chat Room
DID chatroom is centralised on topics of DID/MPD. Discussions are DID/MPD related and may involve alters and dissociation issues. DID youth (littles) are welcome.

Youth Private Chat Room
This is their (DID/MPD Kids) password protected safe place. Can be used as just that - an extra room to feel safe in, or, mostly, is used for hosted chats for littles/middles.
